The Retail Assistant is responsible to ensure smooth operations of the retail shop including cashier, stock display, price labelling, handling parcel, receiving stock.
Key Activities / Accountabilities
· Assist customer in locating desired shop items.
· Assist customer to print consignment notes who would like to send parcels.
· Inform customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
· Perform cashiering duties in line with Cash Handling policy.
· Handle customer's request professionally.
· Ensure the sales floor is organized.
· Other tasks as requested by superior.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills
· Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.
· At least 1 year of working experience in retail operation or courier industry.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Pleasant personality, positive and high intergrity.
· Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required
· Good in mathematic and calculation.
Working Location: No. 6-G & 6-1, Jalan SS15/8, 47500, Subang Jaya Selangor Darul Ehsan
