Our client is a renowned school in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, looking for a Saudi, Female, Chief Operations Officer to join them for the Academic Year 2023 – 2024.
- Saudi National - Female
- Bachelor of Education - Required
- Masters and/or PhD in education or leadership is preferred
- No less than 5 years of experience in the field of teaching
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position
- High level of fluency in both Arabic and English
- Fair, directive, and participatory leadership skills
- Ability to influence and manage change
- Ability to successfully lead the school both academically and operationally
- A strong understanding of the education industry and all its facets
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individual and group capabilities
- Ability to use technology with ease
