Customer Service Officer [Malaysia]


 

1) Cross check the PO or Approved SO for the agreed profit margin;

2) Reject or Accept the PO or Approved SO;

3) Generate the Work Order as per PO or Approved SO with reference of the quotation;

4) Submit the Work Order to the Operation Team either Lab or EHS Department;

5) Study underutilized scope of work in the company and present whenever required by superior;

6) Record and issue out the complaint raise by the Sales Coordinator to the OM and start the investigation;

7) Plan and record rider work planning accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
