As an Innovation Student Worker, you have a unique opportunity to work in the dynamic and exciting field of digital innovation at BWS. As part of the Business IT Partnering & Innovation team, you will work closely with our Digital Innovation Lead to drive purposeful and impactful innovation processes that solve real-world problems for our customers and business units.
In this role, you will be responsible for various assignments, including developing and maintaining the BWS Innovation Lab's visual identity, creating content for Hackathons and other innovation events, and developing graphic materials for innovation playbooks and tool books. You will also be involved in creating the digital Innovation Lab Platform and take part in conducting user interviews to support the analysis of project backlog and understanding phase of the innovation process.

As an ambitious, creative, and self-driven team player, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders within the organization, build trustworthy relationships with them, and communicate complex information in different formats and technologies. This role requires a strong interest in innovation, creativity, and technology, and a solid understanding of IT and digital technology.
Working hours are flexible, with an expected commitment of 10-15 hours per week. This role is perfect for students who are at least in their second year of study in design, business, marketing, social media, digitalization, or a related field. Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, is required.

Our headquarter, and the majority of the IT department, is located in Esbjerg, so we expect you to spend most of your time in Esbjerg.
