Summary:
Greenfield is very happy to help, a large service provider, in the search for a Senior Manager to work on International Corporate Tax. You will integrate the international corporate tax and you will be working on a portfolio of large multinational companies established in Luxembourg.
As a tax specialist, you will advise, guide, and implement innovative tax solutions to secure the best results and help your clients in excelling anywhere in the world. You will deal with all types of fiscal issues such as corporate tax, international tax regimes, and withholding taxes.

Your role:
- Dealing with national and international clients and taking pride in providing them with tax structuring and tax due diligence advice.
- Driving the acquisition of new businesses and developing and expanding a client portfolio by actively dealing with clients' compliance and advisory tax issues.
- Optimising the clients' global tax and cash positions (Acquisitions through adapted acquisition vehicles, tax-effective international financing structures, profit repatriation strategies, business model optimization, etc.).
- Explaining modeling approaches, techniques, mechanics, and calculations to staff and clients.
- Coordinating with other local or foreign-based colleagues for issues that exceed your area of competencies.
- Participating in various internal and external industry working groups, where your specific tax and business competencies will allow you to participate in the firm and industry development.
- Developing the talent of your dedicated team through close coaching, delegation, supervision, and by organising internal technical meetings.
Your profile:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- As of 7 years of experience in international tax in an audit/ tax advisory firm, law firm, or corporate headquarters.
- Committed with risk management skills, forward thinker, very good organisational skills, flexible, dynamic, team player, and eager in learning and evolving.
- Fluent in English. French and/ or German will be a great plus.
