Customer Service Executive [Malaysia]


 
  • Assist to resolve client’s issues via incoming inquiries with great customer service
  • Delivering excellent customer service to associates and customers via phone call, email, online chat
  • Reply Shopee, lazada enquiry and chat
  • Perform follow up calls to clients
  • Ensure the processes are smooth and generate new ideas in improving the customer service level
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the customer experience
  • Monitor and track the process efficiency
  • Accept and enter ordering transactions for our associates and customers
  • Respond to our associates and customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information in all areas such as lead and cut off times, deliveries ETA, invoice queries and proof of deliveries

Job Requirements :-

  • Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma or higher, in any fields
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to work monday-friday 830am-530pm, saturday 830am-3pm.
  • Able to reply online message after working hours (time is flexible)
  • Good command in BI & BM in both spoken and written
  • Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
