- Excited to contribute to your store’s sales and profit targets
- A high level communicator with ability to adapt to each individual
- Working with training team members on new products
- Use own personal experience in-store to support customers and team
About You:
- Background in Fishing or Marine highly desirable
- Proven experience working within a sales and customer service background
- Ability to upsell and drive sales
- Fast learner who takes on training and information
- High level communication- both written and verbal
