Petiteserie was established in 2014 as a wholesale bakery with the aim to provide the best croissants and cakes to the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) segment. After years of experience in production, we are now on expansion to grow our retail presence and establish our new flagship bakery & cafe in Petaling Jaya. Hence, we are looking for dedicated and a energetic team to join us! Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, following recipes and guidelines.
- Assist in the assembly and decoration of pastries and cakes.
- Operate baking equipment and monitor baking times and temperatures.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Capable to operate POS system.
- Familiar with all product information.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workplace.
- Ensure the practice of good hygiene and strict SOPs during handling of goods.
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with stock monitoring.
Requirements
- Good knowledge on kitchen flow, creating efficient SOPs and maintain work area cleanliness.
- Possess leadership skills and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi tasking.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in English with good communication skills.
- Friendly with a positive attitude and team player.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
